Discover and Explore your Authentic Voice
Singing is an expression and a transformative art to become more who you truly are. It is about becoming and releasing layers of conditioning, undoing of what does not serve you (anymore). It is about revealing yourself through the expression of your singing voice. Revealing of your here and now, revealing of unknown territories within yourself, getting to know yourself deeper. Our authentic singing voice is a very direct way to engage with your self and even perhaps with something much bigger than you.
If you wish to go on a journey, than come and voyage. We are going to discover and explore new landscapes within us, that long to be revealed and shared through our singing voice. It might be new to you. There might be a sense of remembering. Here we go.
This weekend aims to open your relationship with your voice. From challenge to freedom, from judgement to love, from tension to joy. My intention is to put you in touch with your authentic voice and to express and let it be heard.
With this workshop, I want to offer a non-judgemental space, where listening, openness, playfulness, creativity and ceremony are present and welcome. An approach that allows you to enter into a deeper connection with yourself. When we want to welcome our whole being, our voice is our ally.
What I would like you to experience during this weekend is connecting with yourself and others through your singing voice, expressing your inner world and coming home to your natural ability to sing. In the workshop, we do not sing to ‘perform’, but to transform.
We practice to embody our voice, sing with the forms of collective vocal improvisation, we move and dance, we come together for a ceremony to celebrate the light and dark of the Feminine within us on International Women Day (March 8), beyond gender.
This workshop is open to all, you do not need to have singing experience.
